Spicy Harissa Keto Pizzas

Ingredients:

1 portabella mushroom, gilled removed 

1/2 cup large cherry tomatoes

Fresh basil and oregano for sprinkling 

2 heaping tbsps Fun Sesames Spicy Harissa Tahini

Sea salt and black pepper to taste

 

Method:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and lay out 1 large cookie sheet, lined with non-stick foil, or cooking spray. Lay out your mushroom in one area and tomatoes in another. 

 

Lightly season with sea salt and black pepper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and carefully remove from the oven. 

 

Plate your mushroom and carefully scoop tomatoes into the center belly. Drizzle with Fun Sesames and finish it off with a sprinkling of fresh herbs.

 

To make enough for a family, or party, just multiple the ingredients by the number of servings.
