Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine, chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 5 dates, chopped into bite size pieces

  • 1/8 cup shelled pistachios

  • 5 juicy green olives, sliced thinly

  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped 

  • Sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp Spicy Harissa Fun Tahini 

Method

In a medium mixing bowl, toss romaine, olive oil and lemon juice. Plate and sprinkle with remaining ingredients then drizzle with Fun Tahini!
