Pita chips are so easy to make and customize. Taste so good when you make them yourself, you’ll wonder why you haven’t been doing it this whole time.
3 to 5 servings
3 pitas, cut into 8 wedges
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, smashed
Preheat heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut pitas into 8 wedges. Pour and mix all ingredients into a large bowl. Throw pita chips in the bowl and mix again.
baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
