  • 1 can artichoke hearts, strained 

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, or 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 5 tbsp Fun Sesames Original 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

  • Sea salt to taste 


Heat a large skillet with 1 tbsp of olive oil to medium heat. Drain artichoke hearts and add to a pan. Sauté until browned at the edges, roughly 15 minutes. Add frozen spinach and cover until spinach is cooked through. Transfer to a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Serve warm or at room temperature with veggies, pita, chips, or spread onto sandwiches in place of mayo.
