True Food Kitchen Cauliflower 

This recipe is AMAZING. Inspired by the dish at True Food Kitchen-- oh so simple but oh so flavorful. The perfect side dish for the holidays. 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets, chopped 

  • 3-4 tbsp Spicy Harissa Tahini 

  • 3 tbsp pistachios, crushed 

  • 6 medjool dates, pitted, diced

  • Olive oil 

  • 3 tbsp fresh mint 

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill

Method:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, or cooking spray. Lay out the florets and drizzle with olive oil. Coat well. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until edge are golden brown. Carefully remove from the oven and scoop into a mixing bowl. Toss with pistachios, Tahini, dates & herbs and serve at room temperature.
